Most manufacturers of epoxy nowadays deliver their epoxy in either a 3cc or 5cc syringe. West·Bond can now support these syringes on our epoxy die bonders. With a short luer lock adapter we connect the syringe to a disposable tip.

This upgrade kit includes everything needed to convert the older 7372E’s (pre 1/2011) to the new disposable syringe set-up. The upgrade kit includes the Tool head support, Needle/Barrel mount, Epoxy Adapter and 5 (Syringes, adapter assemblies, and needles).

For machines manufactured after (1/2011) the tool head bracket is already incorporated in the machine.

The 0.25cc is a great solution for our customers that have epoxy with a short shelf life once it leaves the freezer. Yes, the operator will have to replace the 0.25cc needle frequently, but there will be much less wasted epoxy because it was not used with in its time limit.
